Registrations received after April 3^rd, 2023 will be subject to a $50 late fee.
Refunds for BMBA will be given according to the following schedule:

Umpire Clinic
Level 1 and 2: April 22nd - East End Community Center

AAA Tryouts
13u: Apr. 18th, 19th, 5-6:30pm @ TC Indoor Sports  (The Apr. 20th date has been postponed) 
15u: Apr. 25th & 26th 5-7pm @ TC Indoor Sports Apr. 27th 5-7pm @ SMP  *weather dependent*
18u: Apr.19th & 20th 7-8:30pm @ TC Indoor Sports  April 21st 7-8:30pm *if needed* @ TC

Pre-season coaches evaluation (non-AAA) 
11u and 13u - Apr. 26^th, Player draft Apr. 27^th   **moved from April 24th
15u - May 2^nd, Player draft May 3^rd, First practice May 4^th  
** if there is inclement weather, the evaluation shall take place indoors

Opening nights (all at SMP)   
11u & 13u non-AAA  -Mon, May 1^st
7u and 9u players and coaches on Tues, May 2^nd  **FINAL SESSION for 7u & 9u: June 27^th
15u non-AAA- Thurs. May 4^th
18u non-AAA-Tues. May 14^th   (Andrews/Sumner) 

Special Events (all at SMP)
11u Monster Mania on Saturday, May 13^th, 2023. (~10:00-4:00)
Jamborees - 7u (AM) and 9u (early PM) Jamborees on Saturday, June 17^th , at SMP

Playoffs
11u - Fri. June 23^rd -Wed. June 28^th - This is a tournament  Winner “AA”  Runner-up “A”
13u -  Fri. June 23^rd -Wed. June 28^th   -This is a tournament  Winner “AA”  Runner-up “A”
15u-  Mon. June 26^th Semi,  Tues. June 27^th  Final
18u “A/AA” - in mid-July
